1. Measuring range: 12mm (480mil) range
φ25 diameter probe; 5m/9m cable system linear range: 1.50~13.50mm; GAP voltage: -10V (7.5mm); Sensitivity: 0.8mV/μm (20mV/mil)
2. Frequency response:
0~10KHz, the typical value is 0~-3dB.
3. Power supply:
DC power supply: -24VDC(-20~-26VDC)
Power consumption: The current consumption is not more than 20mA
4. Requirements for the tested body:
Diameter of the measured body (width of the torus): not less than 2 times the diameter of the probe head, if the measured surface is small, it should be calibrated on site.
Factory calibration of the body material: 40CrMo steel/AISI4140 steel, if the material of the body is inconsistent on site, it should be calibrated.
5. Interchangeability error:
The error of the probe of the same model is ≤±5%;
The error of the extension cable of the same type is ≤±5%;
The error of the preamplifier of the same model is ≤±5%;
6. On-site connection:
It is required to use a 0.5~1.5mm2 three-core shielded cable, and the distance between the preprocessor and the monitor is less than 300 meters (1000 feet).
7. Environmental restrictions:
Probe and cable: temperature: -50°C~+170°C; Working medium: air, oil, water, ammonia hydroxide.
Preprocessor: temperature: -35°C~+85°C; Relative humidity: 0~95% non-condensing.
