Piezoelectric accelerometer: ICP type, 24V/4mA constant current source power supply, signal output sensitivity: 10mV/(m/s2) (100 mV/g);
Proximity sensor: Φ5/Φ8 diameter probe, sensitivity: 7.87 mV/μm (200 mV/mil); GAP voltage: -10V.
