Initial installation zero voltage: -10VDC.
Note: An eddy-current sensor needs to be installed on each of the key phase and eccentricity, which outputs the key signal and eccentric signal to the eccentric channel and the key phase channel of the module respectively.

Eccentric range: 0~999μm (peak-to-peak: Pk-Pk) Accuracy: ±0.5%±1μm
